Terms & Conditions
- 35% of the total amount is to be paid in advance for booking confirmation. The rest amount is payable on the event’s day.
- Advance booking money is not refundable if canceled.
- Hourly rate for extra hours in an event is 3000/- (taka only) per hour (photo + video).
- For bashor shoot extra 3000/- (taka only) will be charged per hour.
- Clients will have to bear transport, food and accommodation costs for outside Dhaka & Mymenshingh events and an extra 20% service charge will be added per package.
- It may take around 4-8 weeks to deliver edited and printed photos and videos. Clients will have to select pictures for printed copies themselves. Raw photos will be delivered within 7-10 days from the event date. All soft copies will be delivered via Google Drive. No pen drives will be provided.
- In case of data loss (though it is totally unexpected but there’s always a chance of technical error no matter how careful we are), clients will get 50% refund of their total paid amount and they have to consider it as an accident.
- If there is any correction/ reedit of videos, you have to inform us within 10 days of delivery. Please be precise about your planning/expectations about the photos/videos before the event. Clients are also requested to be present on time otherwise you cannot complain if the output does not meet your expectations.
- All raw photos/ footage will be deleted after two months of final delivery. If you have any downloading/editing issues you are requested to inform us within this time.
- Clients will have to select songs for videos themselves. If you leave it on our choice songs will not be changed later. In this case you will have to pay an extra 2000/- for song change.
- We do not work with other teams. Clients are requested to inform us beforehand about any opposition team.
